What is the Chakra Harmony program?

Our free 21-day program guides you through balancing your chakras using breathwork pranayama, sound baths, and mantra chanting meditations. Each day features a new practice designed to harmonize your energy and promote well-being.

Who is Chakra Harmony for?

It’s open to everyone, regardless of experience level. Whether you’re new to energy healing, chakra work or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find valuable tools to enhance your journey, improve emotional balance and deepen your connection to your true self.

Do I need special equipment?

No special equipment is required. Comfortable clothing and a quiet space where you can relax are all you need. For sound baths, headphones or speakers can enhance the experience.

How much time will I need each day?

Each session lasts between 15 to 30 minutes & is designed to fit easily into your daily routine.

Will I receive guidance throughout the program?

Yes! You’ll receive daily emails with instructions, links to guided sessions, and additional resources to support your practice. Simply enter your email address on our sign-up page, and you’ll receive instant access to the program and all the resources you need.

Is there a cost to join Chakra Harmony?
