Move, Breathe and Meditate! This is how I typically start my days to feel grounded, balanced and better able to respond consciously with greater love.
In this intimate breathwork experience, we begin with movement, flowing through yoga asanas to release tension in the body and open the lungs.
From there, we perform 3 rounds of anulom vilom, a pranayama breathwork exercise that improves focus and balance.
When the mind is calm, we sit in meditation, cultivating greater inner peace.
