Our Breathwork Meditation is a Summer Solstice celebration, honoring the sun and its abundant life giving energy. We take a moment to reflect and become intentional of where we desire to dedicate our energy ✨
We start with 3 ROUNDS of Sun Salutation, a gentle yoga flow, to warm up the body and release tension.
We then perform 5 ROUNDS of Kaki Mudra Pranayama or Pursed Lips Breathing with breath holds at the end of each round.
This routine is a great way to strengthen your lung capacity, improve immunity and increase vitality & longevity.
