In this session, we combine several different pranayama breathing techniques in 7 rounds.
In our pranayama breathwork practice, we perform:
3 rounds of strong yogic breathing (wim hof) with bahya kumbhaka
2 rounds of kaki mudra pranayama or pursed lips breathing with antara kumbhaka
2 rounds of alternate nostril breathing
Pranav pranayama.
As always, do not force anything and go at your own pace. ✨
