What To Expect
The course of PranaFlo Breathwork sessions vary from person to person and session to session because conscious breathwork can induce different changes physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Each session is tailored to the specific needs and challenges that one may be facing in their present life and includes the following mindfulness practices

Movement: Various gentle exercises & asanas to open up the breathing system and prepare for our session

Breathing Techniques: Learn practical techniques that will help you deal with uncertain times & bring a sense of calmness and peace

Guided Meditation: Create deeper self awareness, learning key ways to observe the mind, emotions and body
Virtual
Breathwork at the comfort of your own space! Each session lasts 60 - 90 minutes via video conference using any of these applications: Zoom, Skype, Google Hangouts, WhatsApp Video or FaceTime​
Prepare for virtual sessions

You will receive a link to join the session

Join in from a comfortable, distraction-free space

Wear loose, comfortable clothes

Have water, tissues and writing materials if desired

Bring a small pillow

Be prepared to lay down if necessary

Have a light stomach prior to the session
In Person
In person locations will be determined, depending on the session type. Typically, each session lasts 60 - 120 minutes in a distraction-free space.​
